He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Jackson and Lena Jackson; and his siblings, Anna Lee Robinson, Irene Jackson, Edna Mae Jackson, Ellen Jackson of Virginia and Charlie Jackson, Jr. (Bopete).
He is survived by: his wife Elenora P. Jackson; his children, Barbara Jackson, Twana Jackson (Edward), Anthony Jackson and Leonard Jackson Jr. (Stacie); his brother Milton Jackson; and his stepchildren, Grayland Ball and Sandra Thrasher. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
