She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Taylor and Mary Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Leonard W. Kafka; her daughters, Amy Martin (Josh) and Jodi Kafka; her grandchildren, Madison, Sean, Gabe and Garrett; her brother Steve Taylor (Dania); her sister-in-law Laura Kafka-Price; her niece Lindsey Leamon (Chris); and her cousin Cathy Bryant (Rick).
