He was predeceased by: his mother Mamie Penney. He is survived by: his father Joe I. Penney; his siblings, Pearlie Sims, Kathy Clark, Michael Penney and LaTron Penney; and his aunts and uncles, Annie Ford, Jimmie Johnson, Charles Penney and John Sims. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
