He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Wagner and Valentine Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Fowler (Scott) of Orlando, Toni Fountain (Jeff) of Chattanooga and Larry Jr. Wagner (Joy) of Ft; and his siblings, Phyllis Culver of Chattanooga and Stanley Wagner of Chattanooga. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
