He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Lee DeBolt and Florine Burton; his sister Roberta Hartsough; and his wife Mabel DeBolt. He is survived by: his children, Victor L. DeBolt (Nancy) of Richmond and Candy M. DeBolt of Dalton; his grandchildren, Marcus L. DeBolt (Amber) of Chattanooga and Katelyn D. Wysong (Kris) of Knoxville; his great grandchildren, Bankston, Brooks, Clara, Emma and Michael Scivally; and his nieces, Patty, Misty, Melissa and Tonya.
