He is survived by: his sons, Steven Carr and Devantez Slay; and his siblings, Phyllis Gore, Frankie Askew, Regina Stewart (Keith), Lashone Lewis (Joe), Jocelyn Spurling (Charleston), Steven McCallum, Edward McCallum, Johnny Mack Bush Jr. (Casey) and Anthony Bush. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; other family and friends.
