He is survived by: his children, Mark Scoggins Rymer, Ashley Stoker and Josh Scoggins; and his siblings, Charles Scoggins, Carl Scoggins, Dorothy Quinn, Joyce Davis, Betty Scoggins, Nancy Syker, Mildred Hullender, Linda Hullender and Wanda Marks. He is also survived by many nieces along with 3 special nieces.
