He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Decker and Angeline Murtas Decker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Milewski Decker; his daughters, Michelle Birdwell (Jason) of Franklin, TN and Nicole Decker of Chattanooga, TN.; his sister Connie Maley of Decatur, AL.; and his grandchildren, Erika Decker, Brooke Birdwell and Ben Birdwell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the University of Tennessee to support the UT Football program or the Lady Volunteers Basketball program in his name.
