We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2022, at the age of 58, Kelley Len Blevins of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Prent Blevins. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Blevins; his sister Annelliese; his aunts, Clara Terry, Beverly Black and Carol Wilson; and his nephew Richard Tyler Arnold.
