She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Stokes; her parents, A. E. and Maude Arendale, Sr.; and her siblings, Junior Arendale, Waco Arendale, John Arendale and Sarah Dietz.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Stokes (Paula) and Teresa Anderson; her sisters, Dorothy Brady and Mary Fugate; her grandchildren, Brandi Brown (Brandon) and James Walker; her great grandchildren, Gage Walker, Austin Scruggs and Elle Brown; and her great great grandchild Ross Jackson Massengale.
