With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Johnson (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Alamo, Tennessee, who passed away on October 23, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Johnson; and her parents, David Medlin and Tennie Medlin. She is survived by: her children, Stan Johnson (Linda) of Lincoln, AL and Valerie Latch (Jerry) of Corinth, MS; and her brother Stering. She is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
