He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Cindy Belew; his grandchildren, Ben Harvey (Erin), Kyle Harvey, Guy Belew, Harrison Belew and Bonnie Belew Mellish (Alan); and his great grandchildren, Bennett Harvey, Caroline Harvey, Brett, David and Rachel Mellish.
