She is survived by: her sibling Tommie Sledge; the mother of her child Ayla Nicole Sledge Moore; her son-in-law Daniel Moore; her siblings, Sharon Smith (late James), Susan Moss (Darnell), Donald Sledge, Kelvert Scruggs, Landis Batts and Sully Batts, Jr. (Valerie); her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Smith, Tess Smith, LeAndra Williams (Isaac), Kristal Hacker (Sean), Brian Smith, Gerry Davis (Alisha), Donald Sledge, Jr. and Donya Batts; and her aunt Phyllis T. Smith.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the John P. Franklin Funeral Home (1101 Dodds Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Lakewood Memory Gardens - East (4621 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411).
