He is survived by: his daughters, Dehlilah and Dakotah; his mother Jenny Sampley (Jeff); his sister Rachel Stone (Garrett Weiser); his fiancée Amanda Gariepy; his grandparents, Gary, Cathy Taylor and Cathy Carson; and his great-grandparent Connie Taylor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
