It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Ann Kell of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Wooden and Leomia Cooke Wooden; her close friend Dan Trombley; and her brother Phil Wooden. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Kell; and her grandsons, Connor Kell and Aidan Kell.
