He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Elizabeth Bailey and Johnny Morgan Pack Sr.; and his grandparents, Kenneth, Phyllis Manis and Lucy Pack.
He is survived by: his brother Kolby Manis; his sister-in-law Bonnie Manis; his sister Angela Sampler; his brother-in-law Walter Brooks; his aunt Martha Bailey; his uncle Joe Bailey; his nieces and nephews, Brandy, Dana Marie, Kloe, Corey, Christopher and Lynden; his great-nieces, Ava and Layla; his great-nephew Grayson; his girlfriend Wendy Smith; his girlfriend's children, Bianca, Tyler, Jasmyn, Gage and Justin; and also, Konner, Kyleigh, Kendall, Chase, Julie and William.
As he left us to go be with God, he had to show yet again how big his heart was and save five lives by donating his organs to those who needed them.
