He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ballman and Leyla Ballman; and his siblings, Ruth Hodge and Robert Ballman. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lawwill Ballman; his son Scott (Diane); his grandchildren, Alesha and Matthew; and his brother-in-law William Hodge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
