He is survived by: his children, Henry Roach (Pete), Susie O'Shields (Richard), Paul Forgey (Vivian), Vonnie Jones (Randy), Mark Forgey (Marlisha) and Amanda Cantrell (David); and his siblings, Mildred Neely, Ann Granger, Meta Brady, Peggy Rinks (Jack), Reba Kayler, Bonnie Green and Larry Forgey. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
