With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Philip Honey of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, who passed away on August 11, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Honey and Vera Kelly Honey; and his sister Edwina Hall. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy (Jack); his wife Roma Harris Honey; his son Joe Philip Honey, Jr. (Debra); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Laura, Philip, Spencer and Kristin. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and three great step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Phil's honor to the National Alzheimer's Association.
