We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2023, at the age of 81, JoAnn Coffel of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Williams; and her daughter Deborah Penney. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Coffel; her son Terry Coffel (Ruby); her grandchildren, Kevin Coffel, Matthew Rigsby, Ethan Penney, Daniel Penney and Korie Palm; and her brother David Williams (Mitzi). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
