He is survived by: his wife Evelene Chadwick Proctor; his children, Loretta Proctor Rapier (Jim), James Proctor, Timothy Proctor (Janie), Jonathan Proctor and Wanda Lynn Proctor; his nephew Lennie Davis; and his cousin Wanda Proctor Robbins (Joe). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, numerous extended family and several very good friends.
