He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Turner Sr. and Myrtle Cotter; his wife Wilma Jean; his siblings, Gail Voges and Don Turner; his children, Johnny Turner (Sherri), Jimmy Turner (Jennifer), Cindy Rossi (Charlie), Judy Woodard and Cherie Cravens (Dewayne); and his stepsons, Richard Smith (Linda) and Mickey Smith (Linda). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
