He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Haley; his grandson Jason Thomas Coker; his siblings, Jean Bates and Don Haley; and his parents, Charles Haley and Bonnie Haley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Coker (David) and Lisa Moulton (Jason); his granddaughters, Kelly Jacobs (John), Rachel Lyons (Kody) and Katelyn Hanley (Stefan); his great grandchildren, Harper, Hadley Jacobs, Liam Lyons, Deklan and Shay Hanley; and his brother Steve Haley (Linda).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Jerry's memory can be made to St. Jude's, Samaritan's Purse or to Chattanooga Food Bank.
