He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Neal and Lillian Neal; and his siblings, Mary Doyle, Veronica Neal and David Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Taylor Neal; his daughters, Melanie Cusson (Don) and Melissa Lockhart (Joseph); his grandchildren, Cassandra Crouch, Elysse Nebben, Mikayla Osborn and Brodie Nebben; and his siblings, Roger Neal, James Neal, Michael Neal, Monica Neal, Patricia Neal and Jocelyn Junot. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
