She is survived by: her husband Shane Norrell; her father John M. Carter (Peggie); her children, Michael Andrew Ferney and LauraAnn Dempsey; and her siblings, Johnnie M. Carter Jr. (Sheri) and Belinda Chase.
Due to COVID-19, the service will be held privately with Dr. Kerry Smith as Eulogist.
