She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Lee Lowe and Ophia Ann Stephens Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Harry Eugene Legg; and her daughters, Denise Bivens of Cleveland, TN, Marilyn Liechty, Elouise Smith, Ann Legg and Teresa Turner. She is also survived by des nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
