She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Phillips (Bob); her parents, James Clark and Beulah Clark; her sister Edna Clark Crabtree; and her grandson Nicholas Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Phillips (Robin), Mike Phillips, Ken Phillips (Sonia) and Nancy Phillips Hutchison (Jeff); her grandchildren, Rachel Phillips Petrie (Sam), Noah Phillips, Michael Phillips (Carrie), Matthew Phillips (Tiffany), Sophia Phillips, Emilia Phillips, Jonathan Wallace (Nicole), Jared Wallace (Kristin), Crystal Wallace Solomon (Austin) and Caroline Wallace Self (Brock); and her nieces, Susie Crabtree Low and Libby Crabtree Ryon.
