She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vincent Whitworth II and Doris Marie Eno (Peggy). She is survived by: her husband Allen M. Upton; her son Daniel A. Upton; and her siblings, Jim, Joe, Tammy and Carrie. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her carrier included both professional and non-profit positions that allowed her to touch literally hundreds of people in the Chattanooga community as Sales Director for Alexian Brothers Live at Home and RSVP programs.
