He was predeceased by: his father John David Goins; and his nephew Jordan Michael. He is survived by: his mother Debra Ann Goins; his siblings, Keith Goins, Douglas Goins and Angela Goins (Christopher South); his sons, Jacob Goins, Robert Goins and Zachary Goins; his nephew Coty Goins; and his uncle Bobby Goins. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
