She is survived by: her children, Samantha (Jimmy Smith), Patrick (Rachel Hitchcock) and John Hitchcock (Angel Tabors); her sisters, Kathy French, Angel and Leslie Headrick; her grandsons, Gabriel Hitchcock, Derrick and Shane Smith; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Taylor Smith. She is also survived by Many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
