She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leonard and Clementine Katherine Patton Grooms; and her siblings, Richard Dean Grooms, Dolly Ann Grooms and Nancy Grooms Parmley.
She is survived by: her children, Carey Morrison of Signal Mountain, Patrick Morrison and Sara Jane Grider of Chattanooga; her granddaughter Ashley Morrison of Jefferson City; and her sisters, Jeanette Bohanan (George) of Pelham and Betty Lawson (Mitch) of Monteagle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
