She was predeceased by: her husband Harold B. Cummings III; and her parents, Joseph Houston Quinn Sr. and Effie Appling Quinn. She is survived by: her children, Kerry Mt (Sherry) and Angela Cummings of Amsterdam, Netherlands.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Cummings Samples of Chattanooga and Tessa Quinn Cummings of Mt. Juliet.
