It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane Bennett Bowne of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett W. Bennett and Marjorie Bennett (Thornburg); her husband Tom; and her sister Luanne Emerson-Smith. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Evans (Mike Hemsley) of Chattanooga, Tenn, David Bowne (Stephanie) of La Crosse, Wis, Scott Bowne (Dee) of Marietta, Beth Voiles of Chattanooga, Eric Bowne (Crystal) and Ark; her grandchildren, Tom (Sarah), Brianna (Daniel), Kellen, Dylan, Avery, Lauren (Shane), Harrison and Kassidy; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Alexis, Klay, Vaeda, Lowell and Noelani.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
