It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Owen Rice (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse and Hubbie; and his brothers, Kenneth and Quentin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith; his sons, Jim (Barbara) and Matt (Lindsay); and his nephews, Richard, Ken and Garry.
