He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Penney and June Penney. He is survived by: his daughter Toby Penney Bradley (Michael) of Frankfort, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Elly, Thaxton, Gracie, MJ and Keelyn; and his siblings, Brenda Gibson (Steve) and Ken Penney.
