He is survived by: his son Thomas James Otis of Huntsville Alabama; his sister Barbara Robinson (Douglas); his niece Anneshia Otis (Jeremiah); his nephews, Demitric Otis (Tiyah) and Demarcus Otis (Breyonna); and his great-nephews, Kayden, Kamryn, Kaylen and Austin. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends.
