He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Myhan and Lorene Myhan. He is survived by: his wife Esther Myhan; his children, Nicole Sneed (Laurence), Kimberly Clayton, Elijah, Melissa, Charlie, Michael and Taylor Vinson; and his siblings, Mark Myhan (Lisa) and Janice Witt (Alan). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
