He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lemuel Latham, Sr. and Bertha Rowe Latham; and his sister Martha Latham Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Greg Latham (Gwen) of Atlanta, Georgia and Chad Latham (Katheron) of Chattanooga, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Taylor Latham (Katherine), Austin Latham, Logan Latham (Yahna), Riley Latham and Sarah Katheron Latham; and his great grandchildren, Maeve Atley Latham, Elliott James Latham and Fielding James Latham.
