He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Mobley Cunningham; his brother Charles Thomas Cunningham; his parent Malinda Cunningham Hutchins; his uncle Floyd Cunningham; and his grandmother Ethel Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Mobley and Paula Joyner (David) of South Pittsburg; his granddaughter Courtney LaPrade of Smyrna Georgia; and his niece Debra Sanders of Chattanooga. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
