He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Ervin and Lucille Ervin; his wife Sue Ervin; and his nephew Thomas Ervin, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy Ervin, Sr. (Charla) and Elizabeth "Libby" Green; his daughter Janice Robinson; his stepchildren, Tracie Kempka (Kenny), Mickey Dillard (Jenni), Christopher Burnette and Janice Wert (Johnny); his grandchildren, David, Jakob Robinson, Kenneth Bates, Mark Dillard and Jessica March; and his nieces and nephews, Roxie Johnson (Kent), Ray Layne (Dana), Robin Morgan, Scott Elliott, Shane Minor, Samantha Cotman and Steven Cook.
