Webb (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Etowah, Tennessee, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Burris Webb; his parents, Fred Webb and Fannie Webb; and his siblings, Lee, Fred, Charles, Bill, Wayne and Maude Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jan Parker (Ken) and Kay Addaman (David); his grandchildren, Sarah Parker Newby (Chris), Kendrick and James Addaman; his great grandchildren, Tinsley and Madison Newby; and his sister Fay Ervin (Mackinley). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
