He was predeceased by: his wife Jean L. Cooke; his parents, Raymond "Pete" and Velma Cooke; his children, Terry Dale Cooke and Debby Dale; his siblings, Charles Cooke and Peggy Denton; and his nephew Eddie Cooke.
He is survived by: his nephews, Tim Cooke (Rita), Kelly Cooke (Diana) and Vic Denton; and his niece Sharon Bailey Denton (Mike).
