He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Edward, Margie Cleo Bowman, William Lee and Mary Ann Shafer. He is survived by: his parents, James Scotty Sr. and Cheryl Lynn Bowman; his siblings, Richard Eugene Shelley, Jennifer Rene Busse (William) and Marianne Michelle Bowman; and his nieces and nephews, Katie JoLynn Busse, Jemesia Marie Cleo Bowman, William McGowan Busse and Trajan L James Bowman. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
