She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Montgomery Johnston and Garrett Phipps Johnston; her husband Owen Rockwood Smyth, Sr. (Rocky); and her sister Janet Johnston Strang. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Smyth (Margo); her grandchildren, Barrett Biringer (Mallory), Tyler Biringer (Catherine), Paige (Ryan Flannagan) and Allyson Smyth; her children, Madison Smyth, Richmond Smyth (Eden), Rocky Smyth and Bo Smyth; and her great grandchildren, Rhett, Tribb and Porter Biringer.
