He is survived by: his parents, Roy Stevens and Tina McIntire Stevens; his son Zacchaeus Stevens; his grandparents, Rod McIntire, Joan McIntire, Carolyn Berry and Elaine Stevens; his siblings, Rocky Stevens (Shanna), Nathan Stevens, Katrena Pruett (Paul), Rachel Tremblay (Freddy), Caleb Stevens (Natashua), Joshua Stevens, Sabrina Stevens, Vanessa Stevens, Valerie Stevens and Starla Hudgins (Jacob); and also Tera Whitfield.
