With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackson O'Keefe Smith (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on June 12, 2020 at the age of 17. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Mike and Angie; his siblings, Julia, Boone, Emily and Sarah; and his grandmothers, Martha Ann Asher and Billie Sue Smith.

The family asks that donations should be sent to Walking Worthy Journey or Woodland Park Counseling Ministry.
