Starnes; her daughters-in-law, Marie Costello Starnes and Carol Cox Starnes; and her grandchildren, Joshua Starnes, Jennifer Starnes, Lesley Starnes McDonald, Christina Starnes Evans, Bryan Starnes and Zoey Wilson.
