He is survived by: his sisters, Martha Faye Chapman and Virginia Blankenship; his children, Veronica (Tim), Taylor of Cleveland, TN, Vanessa (Scott), Farris of Cleveland, Vernon Phillips of Ocoee, TN and Robert Phillips of Ocoee; his grandchildren, Katie Milsaps, Kristina Phillips, Caleb Farris and Jackie Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Johnny Vaughn, Willie Vaughn, Ryker Milsaps and Elina Phillips.
