He was predeceased by: his mother Winnie Blevins Pell; and his brother Robert Pell. He is survived by: his children, Dylan Pell (Kelly) of Chattanooga and Mallory Pell of Chattanooga; his father Jack Pell of Gainsville; his siblings, Greg Pell of Chattanooga and Staci Pope of Gainsville; and his grandchildren, Landon Chambers, Tegan Pell and Gracie Bowman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
