He was predeceased by: his father Milton Tuggle; his wife Brenda; and his siblings, Melvin and Helen. He is survived by: his mother Mamie Tuggle (Thompson); his children, Jack Tuggle Jr. (Dena), Kris Willis and Michael Willis (Molly); his grandchildren, Jacklyn Thornbrue (Dakota), Dillon Willis, Dawson Willis and Emma Willis; and his siblings, Curtis Tuggle, Becky Ashworth, Naomi Duvall and Paul Tuggle.
